He went on to launch and exit Blue Lock Consulting, a boutique growth firm that worked with companies like Shopify, consulting their Plus team on how to nurture and close high-value clients.

Today, Damiano runs BrandButter, a creative agency known for bold, unconventional marketing campaigns built for high-risk and high-growth industries. From gambling and adult entertainment to global consumer brands, BrandButter has worked with names like Nike, HBO Max, World Poker Tour, and Stake.com, delivering radical strategies that drive awareness, attention, and impact.
