All consulting sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking.

By submitting payment, you authorize The Agency Business to charge your selected payment method for the total amount due.
3. No Refund Policy
All payments made to The Agency Business are non-refundable.
This includes:
Missed or canceled consulting sessions
Partial use of packages
Any dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes (e.g. advice, strategy direction, etc.)
We recommend reviewing your booking and availability carefully before purchase. If you need to reschedule a session, we may accommodate with reasonable notice, but this is not guaranteed.
4. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:
Participate in good faith and provide accurate information
Follow through on strategic advice at your own discretion
Understand that results may vary based on your unique business circumstances
All consulting and strategic advice is provided for informational purposes only. Execution of that advice is the client’s responsibility.
5. Intellectual Property

6. Limitation of Liability
