How we helped Ravon go from $0 to $10K/month in just 4 months

The Situation

Ravon, led by founder Imaan Taghavi, started from zero. No recurring revenue, no predictable pipeline, and no proven system for consistently closing clients.

Imaan had strong technical ability in performance marketing and a good strategic mind, but like many early-stage founders, he was stuck navigating uncertainty around pricing, positioning, deal qualification, and delivery risk. We spent a lot of time reviewing live opportunities together, pressure-testing deals before they closed, and deciding what not to take. This included:

  • Saying no to misaligned clients, even when cash felt tempting

  • Structuring offers that Ravon could deliver confidently and profitably

This protected Ravon from early churn, refunds, and reputation damage.

2. Pricing, Positioning, and Confidence

We worked on shifting Imaan’s mindset and execution around pricing and authority.

This included:

  • Moving away from underpriced hourly thinking

  • Introducing clearer scopes and outcome-driven pricing

  • Increasing consulting and strategy fees

  • Learning how to confidently justify value without overselling

As pricing improved, so did close rates and client quality.

3. Systems, Delegation, and Margin Protection

As Ravon started closing deals, we focused on making sure growth didn’t break delivery.

This meant:

  • Introducing low-cost but reliable operators for execution

  • Building simple systems for ads, landing pages, and follow-up

  • Protecting margins by separating strategy from execution

  • Ensuring Ravon could scale without becoming the bottleneck

Instead of chaos, growth stayed controlled.

The Result
